What you need to know

  • Buy a C-mine pass and enjoy a €3 discount on each performance. You buy your C-mine pass in advance, and it’s valid for one year. When ordering tickets online, you enter the personal code on your C-mine pass to get your discount.

  • Buy a ticket online via the agenda or at the counter.

  • Want to surprise someone? The C-mine voucher allows you to pick and choose from the full range of C-mine activities. The voucher remains valid for one year for the activity of your choice.

Terms and Conditions

Got a ticket to one of our performances but can’t make it to the show? Purchased tickets are non-refundable. However, you can exchange your ticket for another performance, another date, or a C-mine voucher. The C-mine voucher only applies to our own programming, not to performances in co-production and other guest performances.

Can’t make it to a performance or activity? Request an exchange* for new tickets, or for a C-mine voucher. Do so in good time: before 5 pm on the day of the performance/activity you can’t attend. Any later, and you won’t be able to exchange your ticket anymore. Please make sure to contact visitor reception on time.

Some performances are not produced by C-mine. Have you bought a ticket for one of these, and are you unable to attend? In this case, we unfortunately aren’t able to refund, exchange or offer a C-mine voucher. You can spot these performances by the mention 'TE GAST' in front of the title on the ticket.

Q: Why do I have to buy a new C-mine pass?

A: A C-mine pass is only valid for one year. When your pass has expired, you need to buy a new one.

Q: Can I still choose my seat?

A: Sometimes; this depends on the show. For some performances, you can reserve a space but the seats are not allocated. For others, you will indeed be able to pick a specific seat.

Q: What should I do if I need or want to sit in a specific spot?

A: If you have a valid medical reason (unable to climb stairs, bad hearing, bad knees, etc.), the ticket controller will assign you a seat on the side of the auditorium. The people at the reception desk will also be able to offer you a specific row at the front or back of the hall. If this applies to you, please contact visitor reception in advance at: 089 65 44 90.

Q: Why are some performances already sold out?

A: Some current performances are in fact postponed from the previous season. These shows are often already sold out due to limited capacity.

Q: I am a wheelchair user and want to buy a ticket.

A: We have special places for wheelchair users. The wheelchair attendant will get a free ticket upon presentation of a valid wheelchair attendant pass or EDC pass. Please contact tickets@genk.be.

 

Q: I don't have a C-mine pass yet. How can I order one?

A: Click here to order your C-mine pass. It is no longer possible to order your C-mine pass together with your tickets. You must now buy your C-mine pass in advance. Subsequently, when buying tickets for a performance, you can enter your personal code and get your discount.

Q: I already have my C-mine pass. Where do I find my personal code?

A: When you purchased your C-mine pass, you received an email from 'C-mine - tickets@c-mine.be' with the subject line: 'Your reservation at C-mine - Print your tickets'.

This email contains a link: 'download your e-tickets as a PDF'. This allows you to download the PDF for your C-mine pass. First check whether your C-mine pass is still valid. The expiry date is on the PDF. Below the QR code is your personal code. This code allows you to order tickets at a discount.

Q: How do I order tickets with my C-mine pass code?

A: Go to C-mine.be/agenda and click on 'buy tickets'. Select your ticket at the C-mine pass rate and enter your personal code to validate.

Q: I have a C-mine voucher. Where do I find the code?

A: When you ordered your voucher or converted your tickets into a voucher, you received an e-mail from 'tickets@c-mine.be' with the subject line: 'Your reservation at C-mine - Print your tickets'.

This email contains a link: 'download your e-tickets as a PDF'. This allows you to download the PDF for your C-mine voucher. You will find the voucher code on this PDF below the QR code. You will also find the expiry date on the PDF.

Q: Where do I enter the code for my C-mine voucher?

A: Go to C-mine.be/agenda and click on 'buy tickets'. Select the number of tickets and click on 'next'. Check your order in your shopping cart and click on 'next'. In this screen, choose the 'Payment and delivery' method of your choice. Click on 'Use voucher' and enter your unique code.

Q: I still have a lot of C-mine vouchers. How do I know whether they’re still valid?

A: If you have already used part of your voucher and want to know the remaining balance of the voucher, you can request this by sending an email to tickets@genk.be. Please provide your voucher code in the email.
