€900 for associations, schools and persons located outside Genk

Prices include VAT, rental of two boxes, a basic set of audiovisual material, support by two theatre technicians.

Prices exclude rental of extra equipment (e.g. projection equipment), maintenance, hourly fees for setup and dismantling.

C-mine infrastructure is not rented out for private functions.

Catering
We ask all visitors not to bring food or drinks into the Grote Zaal (Main Hall). Before or after an activity or during the break, snacks and drinks can be obtained from the bar in the Foyer. The catering in these rooms is provided by the caterer located in the Energiegebouw (Energy Building). We will gladly provide you with their details when you book the venue.
